Return and Refund Policy

At Patio & Co., we take pride in offering premium outdoor furniture crafted for lasting comfort and quality. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to make our return process as clear and straightforward as possible.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
  • Items must be in resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase is required

Due to the nature of large, freight-shipped furniture, return authorization must be approved before items are sent back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Custom, made-to-order, or special-order products
  • Items showing signs of use, assembly, or wear

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • For large or freight items, return shipping costs may be significant and will be deducted from the refund if arranged by Patio & Co.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damage
  • Photos of the packaging

We will work quickly to offer a replacement part, replacement item, or refund, depending on the situation.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process

Refunds may be subject to restocking fees (typically 15–25%) for returned furniture items to cover inspection, handling, and logistics.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, items must be returned and a new order placed.
