  • Processing times may vary for large, custom, or made-to-order items

Shipping Methods

  • Most patio furniture items are shipped via freight carriers
  • Smaller items may ship via standard parcel carriers
  • All freight deliveries are curbside delivery only

Note: Carriers are unable to bring items inside the home or assemble furniture.

  • Freight deliveries: 10–21 business days after shipment

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Promotional or free-shipping offers, when available, apply to standard shipping only

Delivery Requirements

  • Someone 18 years or older must be present to accept delivery
  • Please ensure adequate space for delivery access (driveway or curbside area)
  • Delivery appointments may be scheduled by the carrier prior to arrival

Failure to accept delivery may result in additional fees, including redelivery or storage charges.


Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

  • Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing
  • Contact us within 48 hours if damage or missing items are discovered
  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging for faster resolution

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, we will work with the carrier and manufacturer to:

  • Replace damaged parts
  • Send a replacement item
  • Issue a refund if necessary

Resolution depends on product availability and the nature of the damage.

At this time, we ship within Canada / United States
Some remote or rural locations may require additional transit time or surcharges.
