The Asia 48" Fire Pit features a natural iron oxide patina designed to evolve beautifully over time. Exposure to weather and regular fires will deepen the finish, creating a rich and permanent appearance unique to your fire pit.

Do not tarp your fire pit, the tarp will cause the patina to blacken and stop the oxidation process. In many cases the color of the tarp will transfer to the new steel. During the maturing process keep wet leaves and debris off the piece until the steel matures. Allow the piece to mature with each fire. Sit back, relax and enjoy your new Fire Pit Art®.

For wood-burning models, periodically remove ash and debris from the fire bowl to maintain optimal airflow and performance. Gas-burning models should have their burner and ignition components inspected periodically to ensure safe and reliable operation.
