Lloyd Flanders Residential Warranty

Lloyd Flanders® furniture is backed by a Limited Residential Warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty Coverage

• Frames, wicker, and furniture components are warranted for 3 years from the original date of purchase.
• Fabrics (excluding COM), cushions, faux concrete tabletops, and stone tabletops are warranted for 1 year from the original date of purchase.
• This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect:

1. Contact Patio & Co., the retailer from whom you purchased your furniture.
2. Provide:
   • Your proof of purchase
   • Photos of the affected item
   • The model and serial number (if available)
3. Our team will review your claim and work directly with Lloyd Flanders to determine the appropriate resolution.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Lloyd Flanders will repair or replace the defective item, in whole or in part, at its discretion.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Normal wear and tear
• Improper use, abuse, or neglect
• Failure to perform routine care and maintenance
• Improper storage or environmental damage

Care & Maintenance

Regular cleaning and maintenance help preserve the beauty and longevity of your furniture. We recommend:

• Cleaning frames and wicker with mild soap and water.
• Inspecting furniture annually for minor damage.
• Touching up scratches or chips with Lloyd Flanders touch-up paint when needed.
• Following the recommended care instructions for teak furniture to maintain its natural beauty.

To ensure your furniture arrives in perfect condition, please inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives.

Visible Damage

Before signing for your delivery, carefully inspect all packaging for any visible damage. If damage is present, please note it on the delivery receipt before accepting the shipment whenever possible.

Concealed Damage

Occasionally, damage may not be visible until the packaging has been opened. We recommend unpacking and inspecting your furniture within 72 hours of delivery.

If concealed damage is discovered:

• Contact Patio & Co. within 72 hours of delivery.
• Keep all original packaging until your claim has been resolved.
• Provide photographs of:
  • The damaged packaging
  • The damaged product
  • The complete item for identification

Our team will coordinate directly with Lloyd Flanders and the freight carrier on your behalf to resolve the claim as quickly as possible.

Prompt reporting is important, as freight claims are time-sensitive and delays may affect the outcome of a claim.
