The Manta Ray Fire Pit features a natural iron oxide patina combined with stainless steel accents, creating a distinctive finish that will continue to develop character over time. Exposure to weather and regular fires will deepen the patina, enhancing the artistic appearance of the fire pit while maintaining its durability.

Do not tarp your fire pit, the tarp will cause the patina to blacken and stop the oxidation process. In many cases the color of the tarp will transfer to the new steel. During the maturing process keep wet leaves and debris off the piece until the steel matures. Allow the piece to mature with each fire. Sit back, relax and enjoy your new Fire Pit Art®.

For wood-burning models, periodically remove ash and debris from the fire bowl to maintain optimal airflow and performance. Gas-burning models should have their burner and ignition components inspected periodically to ensure safe and reliable operation.

The stainless steel accents can be cleaned with a soft cloth and mild cleaner as needed to maintain their appearance. With proper care, your Manta Ray Fire Pit will provide decades of warmth, beauty, and outdoor enjoyment.
